Job summary

Iduast company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced production planning specialist to develop and maintain plans for transformer manufacturing, ensure timely delivery, and optimize resource use.

You will coordinate across Production, Engineering, Procurement, Quality and Supply Chain, monitor progress, identify delays, and implement recovery plans while ensuring material and capacity availability and reporting KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in production planning, preferably in transformer or electrical equipment manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, ERP/MRP systems, and manufacturing processes.
• Analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production plans and schedules for transformer manufacturing orders.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Procurement, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
• Monitor production progress, identify delays, and implement recovery plans.
• Ensure material and capacity availability to meet production and delivery targets.
• Track production KPIs and prepare planning and progress reports.
• Support production optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
