• 8 years' experience in testing/commissioning or QA roles.
• Strong knowledge of testing procedures and commissioning processes.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
• Familiarity with QA/QC methodologies.
• Experience with testing equipment and instrumentation.
• Knowledge of industry standards and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule testing and commissioning activities across multiple projects and work streams.
• Develop, maintain, and update testing and commissioning plans and procedures.
• Prepare and organize required documentation including test reports, checklists, and compliance records.
• Monitor testing progress and track completion of milestones and deliverables.
• Communicate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders on testing requirements and timelines.
• Identify and document discrepancies, defects, or non-conformances.
• Maintain detailed records of testing activities, results, and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations and company policies.
• Analyze test data and prepare reports for management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with QA teams to verify systems meet performance criteria.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of issues.
• Maintain organized filing systems for all documentation.
