Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in QA/QC, quality engineering, or related QA roles
• Experience in developing and executing QA/QC procedures per standards
• Proficiency in manual and automated testing, including test planning and defect ID
• Experience in validation/verification activities with strong analysis
• Knowledge of quality data analysis, documentation, and defect tracking
• Ability to work independently, manage budgets/schedules, mentor juniors
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and organizational policies
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineering teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication for documenting discrepancies

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes QA/QC procedures using testing methodologies and standards
• Performs validation/verification with test planning, cases, and defect IDs
• Analyzes quality data and documents results
• Documents discrepancies and recommends resolutions
• Mentors junior QA engineers and supports the QA team
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and policies
• Works independently within budget/schedule constraints
• Collaborates with engineering teams to meet quality objectives
• Adapts testing approaches from previous projects and best practices
