Job summary

Seder Group Trading and Contracting seeks an experienced telecommunications professional to manage enterprise switchboard systems. You will install, configure, and maintain PBX and VoIP platforms, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement proactive maintenance to minimize downtime.

With 10+ years in the field and CCNA Voice/CCNP Collaboration or equivalent, you will lead upgrades and migrations ensuring continuous operations across the organization’s communications infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of hands‑on experience managing and maintaining enterprise‑level telephone switchboard systems.
• Possession of industry‑recognized certifications such as CCNA Voice, CCNP Collaboration, or equivalent.
• Proven expertise in troubleshooting and configuring various PBX platforms (e.g., Avaya, Cisco, Mitel) and VoIP technologies.
