Job summary

PMY Group and its Saudi JV are seeking a Senior Technology Advisor for a 12-month assignment. The role is client-facing and requires relocation to Riyadh or frequent travel.

You will shape technology strategies, define requirements and deliver practical roadmaps for high-profile sports, entertainment and major-venue projects. You will work closely with senior clients to understand goals, develop solutions and lead workshops.

Qualifications

• Experience in ICT/technology advisory, consulting or strategy.
• Direct engagement with senior clients and stakeholders.
• Experience across sports, entertainment, stadiums, arenas or major venues is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of technology infrastructure and system integration.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with proposals, tenders and RFPs.
• Good understanding of the Saudi market and its sectors.
• Fluent English; Arabic desirable.

Responsibilities

POSITION OVERVIEW

PMY Group and its Saudi partner, Tahreez Sport & Entertainment, are seeking a Senior Technology Advisor to join their joint venture, for a 12-month assignment. The role requires either temporary relocation to Riyadh or the ability to travel there frequently.

This is a senior, client-facing role working on some of the region’s most exciting sports, entertainment, stadium and major venue projects. You’ll work closely with senior clients to shape technology strategies, define requirements and develop practical solutions that support their business and operational goals.

You’ll be involved from the early stages of projects, helping clients make informed technology decisions and turning ideas into clear strategies and roadmaps.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and support technology advisory projects across Saudi Arabia.
• Work directly with senior client stakeholders to understand their goals and challenges.
• Develop technology strategies, roadmaps, requirements and recommendations.
• Lead workshops and stakeholder sessions and create high quality presentations and reports.
• Advise on technology solutions for stadiums, arenas, sports, entertainment and major venues.
• Work with PMY’s technology, design, digital and delivery teams to develop integrated solutions.
• Support proposals, tenders, RFPs and business development activities.
• Build strong relationships with clients, partners and technology providers.
• Stay up to date with emerging technology and industry trends.
• Travel within Saudi Arabia as required.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace in accordance with company Occupational Health and Safety policies, operational standards, and relevant legislative requirements.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Strong experience in ICT / technology advisory, consulting, professional services or technology strategy.
• Experience working directly with senior clients and stakeholders.
• Experience across sports, entertainment, stadiums, arenas, major venues or major projects is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of technology infrastructure and how different technology systems integrate within complex environments.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with proposals, tenders and RFPs.
• Good understanding of the Saudi market and its growing sports, entertainment and major projects sectors.
• Fluent English is required; Arabic is highly desirable.
• A proactive, commercial and solution-focused approach, with the ability to work effectively across clients, partners and JV stakeholders.
