Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical IRM Consultant with strong experience in ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing IRM solutions while working closely with business and technical stakeholders. Fluency in Arabic is mandatory to support local stakeholders and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end technical implementation of ServiceNow IRM modules, including:
  • Policy and Compliance Management (PCM)
  • Audit Management
• Design scalable and secure IRM solutions aligned with business, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow IRM using:
  • Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs
  • Workflows / Flow Designer
  • IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP APIs
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into technical solutions and system configurations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and development teams.
• Perform system upgrades, enhancements, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Support UAT, go-live activities, and post-implementation support.
• Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking stakeholders, customers, and regulators.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow, with at least 3+ years hands-on IRM experience.
• Strong technical expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and development.
• Proven experience implementing IRM in regulated environments (e.g., government, banking, telecom).
• Solid understanding of GRC / IRM frameworks
• Experience with integrations, data models, and reporting/dashboards.
• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) and professional proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IRM (or GRC).
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Experience working on large-scale or government IRM programs.
