Job summary

PeopleStrong seeks a Testing & Commissioning Engineer (T&C Engineer) for the 380kV Substation Project in Saudi Arabia. Location is site-based and requires strong hands-on testing of high-voltage equipment and protective relays.

The role involves executing tests, coordinating with stakeholders, and producing comprehensive commissioning documentation to ensure client requirements are met on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8–15 years of experience in testing and commissioning of EHV substations.
• Minimum 5 years experience on 380kV substation projects in KSA or GCC.
• Strong technical troubleshooting, leadership and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Test Main Advanced Relays, back up relays and auxiliary relays.
• Operate relay software applications for various makes.
• Coordinate testing with internal and external stakeholders.
• Produce tests and commissioning documentation for site dossier.
• Ensure safe testing and commissioning aligned with project requirements.
• Monitor progress, record results and witness final testing.
