Job summary

Worley in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Senior Site Construction Leader to drive safe, on-time execution of large Oil & Gas projects for Saudi Aramco. You will oversee site activities, coordinate contractors, and ensure HSE and Aramco standards.

Requirements: Bachelor's in Engineering; 15+ years in construction with 5+ years in senior site leadership on major projects; proven leadership, planning and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 15+ years of construction experience, including 5+ years in a senior site leadership role on large Oil & Gas projects.
• Proven experience working on Saudi Aramco projects with strong knowledge of Aramco standards and procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills with a commitment to HSE excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all site construction activities to ensure safe, efficient, and timely project execution.
• Coordinate daily work activities between contractors, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress against schedule and implement corrective actions when required.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco and project HSE requirements at all times.
• Resolve construction issues and coordinate with Engineering, QA/QC, Planning, and Client representatives.
• Manage manpower, equipment, and materials to maximize productivity and minimize delays.
• Conduct regular site inspections, progress meetings, and safety reviews.
• Support project closeout activities, including punch list completion and handover to the client.
