Job summary

Electrical Industries Company seeks an experienced Substation Automation Engineer to lead engineering work for MV/LV switchgear, MCC, and HV relay panels. You will develop logic diagrams, signal lists, and offline relay configurations while aligning SAS requirements with clients and PSA vendors.

You will configure protection and control relays using vendor tools, create SCL/ICD/CID/SCD files, and coordinate across PSA, production, and QA teams to ensure quality and timely FAT/completion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in Substation Automation System engineering, testing and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Engineering work of Substation Automation System for MV/LV Switchgear, MCC, HV Relay & Control Panels.
• Developing logic diagrams, Signal List, Mapping List, and configuration of relays offline.
• Interface with client and PSA vendor to finalize SAS requirements.
• Configure Relays (IEDs) for Protection and Control using vendor tools.
• Prepare SCL/ICD/CID/SCD files to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate with PSA vendor, production and quality to resolve issues and improve design quality.
• Plan and oversee FAT/iFAT testing to meet project schedule.
• Involve in design optimization, standardization, and lead a team of design engineers.
