Job Description

WSP Middle East is seeking a Senior Stakeholder Architect to join a major construction project in Riyadh, KSA. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping stakeholder engagement and coordination on a landmark development.

Responsibilities
  1. Liaise with all Stakeholders, Authorities, Consultants, and Contractors on project-related documents such as NOCs, Permits, Approvals, and handover requirements.
  2. Prepare reports, manuals, and guideline documents related to design stages, stakeholder issues, and client requirements.
  3. Attend weekly project meetings, track and record actions from Stakeholders, and follow up on progress.
  4. Coordinate with Key Stakeholders and Authorities to ensure smooth asset handover upon project completion.
  5. Contribute to weekly/monthly reports with handover and stakeholder updates.
  6. Notify the Team Leader of potential delays in project milestones or completion.
  7. Provide design guidance related to code and procedural compliance, and work with the Project Management team on handover tasks.
  8. Verify and record work performance, assist the Team Leader in tracking progress versus schedule.
  9. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of design submission packages, NOCs, and related authority documents.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in stakeholder roles on similar construction projects.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong project design management and leadership capabilities.
  5. Thorough understanding of governmental processes for NOC, permits, and approvals.
