Job summary

Aramco Stadium is seeking an Event Operations Leader to translate venue strategies into effective event delivery plans. You will oversee a world-class stadium operations team, coordinating with Safety, Security, Facilities, Guest Experience, Commercial, Hospitality, Tech, and Broadcast to ensure exceptional guest experiences for football matches, FIFA events, concerts, and major gatherings.

Responsibilities

• Support the Venue Operations Director in coordinating all operational stakeholders involved in event delivery.
• Act as the primary event operations interface between Event Operations and stadium functional departments.
• Coordinate operational mobilization across Safety & Security, Facilities Management, Guest Experience, Hospitality, Technology, and Commercial teams.
• Manage event budgets, approved operational expenditure, and cost controls in line with procurement policies.
• Support mobilization readiness reviews, rehearsals, and test events to validate preparedness and safe delivery.
