Job summary

Help AG in Riyadh seeks a Senior Cybersecurity Specialist (Splunk Architect) to lead Splunk administration, SIEM tuning, and security operations support across client environments.

You will collaborate with SOC analysts, threat researchers, and solution architects to implement and maintain SIEM, EDR, and Azure security integrations, ensuring high‑quality incident response and threat detection.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience supporting and maintaining Splunk SIEM & Enterprise Security.
• 3-5 years of experience with advanced tuning of Splunk SIEM content.
• Professional experience working with networks and network architecture.
• Information security knowledge in EDR and related areas.

Responsibilities

• Administer Splunk and Splunk Apps; develop or extend Apps for specialized functionality.
• Integrate Splunk with diverse legacy data sources and learn new SOC technologies.
• Design and support Microsoft security tech integrations (Azure, O365 ATP, Defender ATP).
• Serve as primary responder for MSS customer systems and track resolutions.
• Fine-tune false positives with MSS teams and develop SOC content using Splunk use cases.
