Job summary

OmniOps, Riyadh-based AI and cloud solutions provider, seeks a Senior Solution Engineer to act as a trusted technical advisor. You will design innovative AI-driven solutions, partner with Sales and Engineering, and lead engagements from discovery through PoC and delivery.

Collaborate with product and data teams to ensure architectures align with client needs and security standards. Mentorship and executive-facing presentations are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SE or related field.
• Masters considered an advantage.
• 5+ years in solution engineering, presales, or cloud/enterprise software.
• Experience leading enterprise engagements end-to-end.
• Experience with cloud, AI, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of AI, ML, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, MLOps.
• Hands-on with Generative AI and Agentic AI applications.
• Experience delivering PoCs, workshops, and executive presentations.

Responsibilities

Role Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Solution Engineer to join our Riyadh team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor, partnering with customers to design innovative AI-driven solutions that address complex business challenges. You will work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and executive stakeholders to lead technical engagements, shape solution strategies, and position OmniOps as a strategic AI transformation partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Business teams to understand customer objectives, business challenges, and technical requirements throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, workshops, and architecture discussions to identify customer needs and define solution success criteria.
• Design scalable, secure, and cloud-native AI solution architectures tailored to customer environments.
• Translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions leveraging Generative AI, Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), intelligent agents, MLOps, data platforms, and cloud technologies.
• Deliver executive presentations, technical demonstrations, architecture reviews, and Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements.
• Prepare and lead technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, proposals, solution architectures, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Data, and Engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions align with customer requirements and product capabilities.
• Lead customer workshops focused on AI strategy, enterprise architecture, data governance, intelligent automation, and digital transformation.
• Ensure a seamless transition from presales to delivery by validating solution architecture, implementation approach, technical scope, assumptions, and risks.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies, cloud platforms, and industry trends to continuously strengthen OmniOps' solution portfolio.
• Mentor junior Solution Engineers and technical team members through coaching, technical reviews, and knowledge sharing.
• Represent OmniOps during executive customer meetings, partner engagements, conferences, and technical events.
• Contribute to presales methodologies, reusable solution assets, best practices, and technical playbooks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• A Master's degree is considered an advantage.
• 5+ years of experience in Solution Engineering, Presales, Solutions Architecture, Cloud Consulting, or Enterprise Software.
• Proven experience leading enterprise customer engagements from technical discovery through solution design and successful technical closure.
• Experience working with enterprise customers across cloud, AI, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, MLOps, and enterprise AI architectures.
• Hands-on experience developing or supporting Generative AI and Agentic AI applications.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including cloud-native architectures and integration patterns.
• Solid understanding of APIs, enterprise integration, networking, identity and access management, security, containers, and modern data platforms.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale cloud and AI architectures.
• Experience delivering Proofs of Concept (PoCs), technical workshops, demonstrations, and executive presentations.

• Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives across enterprise and government sectors in the GCC.
