Job summary

IBES Technologies is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and deploy scalable AI-driven solutions across backend and frontend systems. You will work with modern frameworks like React, Next.js, Node.js, and Python, delivering RESTful APIs and data optimization for high availability.

You will also craft automation workflows with Power Automate, Zapier, or n8n, and integrate Generative AI APIs into production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years hands-on backend or full-stack development experience.
• Strong experience with modern frameworks (React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, or .NET).
• Proficiency in RESTful API design and database query optimization.

• Knowledge of RAG optimization, context compression, and running LLMs locally.


• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.


• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to scalability and maintainability.
