Job summary

Tabby is seeking a Social Media Lead to own public customer interactions across X, Instagram, Facebook, app stores and review sites. Lead the voice in Arabic and English, publish proactive content, and build a community that supports and informs customers while protecting the brand.

You will coordinate with Marketing, Legal and Compliance on public incidents. The role covers Saudi Arabia with UAE scope, ensuring credible brand presence in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Native Arabic with strong writing ability in Arabic and English; day-to-day English with leadership.
• 4+ years in social media, community or content for a consumer brand with high public volume.
• Portfolio of posts and replies you wrote and published yourself.

Responsibilities

• Define tone of voice and public reply standards in Arabic and English.
• Develop proactive content: FAQs, explainers, announcements for payments, limits, disputes; public responses for recurring problems.
• Create and nurture a public community where Tabby posts first and customers engage.
