Our client requires a SmartPlant 3D (S3D) Administrator in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The role supports SP3D environments in an Oil & Gas context, with a focus on configuration, databases, and integrations.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or IT and 8–10 years of SP3D experience, plus strong analytical and communication skills for stakeholder coordination and project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or IT related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years in SmartPlant 3D administration and support.
• Knowledge of SP3D architecture, databases, integrations and workflows.
• Experience with SPF/EDMS integrations and engineering data management.
• Familiarity with SQL/Oracle databases and server administration.
• Understanding of engineering standards and project lifecycle.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain the SP3D environment and related infrastructure.
• Manage SP3D databases, catalogs, reference data, symbols, naming conventions and configurations.
• Support engineering and drafting teams in resolving technical issues.
• Coordinate SP3D integrations with SPF/EDMS and other apps.
• Perform monitoring, tuning, troubleshooting, backup, recovery and maintenance.
• Support upgrades, patches, and migrations.
• Ensure cybersecurity and data protection compliance.
• Maintain system documentation and technical guidelines.
• Support project setup, model management, and data validation.
• Coordinate with vendors and IT for support.
• Provide end-user training and knowledge transfer.
