Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks a Site Program Lead to oversee multi-site construction activities for a high‑profile program. You will own installation and commissioning deliveries, manage workforce and subcontractors, ensure rigorous safety performance, and drive planning, logistics, and readiness for commissioning across sites.

You will lead Site Managers, coordinate with stakeholders, and report on progress, risks, and budgets while aligning with Schneider Electric standards and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Project Management preferred.
• 15+ years of site management and construction experience.
• Proven experience delivering large and complex industrial or mission-critical projects across multiple sites.
• Leadership of multi-site Data Center programs with dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Overall multi-site execution strategy.
• Construction delivery performance and safety across all fronts.
• Workforce and subcontractor management along with site logistics.
• Construction planning, coordination and budget management.
• Commissioning readiness from a construction perspective.
• Coordination and leadership of Site Managers across the program.
• Customer interface and governance reporting.
