Job summary

IOTA GROUP is seeking a highly experienced Site Manager to lead critical multi-site delivery of hyperscale Data Centers in Saudi Arabia. You will own construction, installation, and commissioning readiness across multiple sites, ensuring on-time delivery, tight cost control, and zero-harm HSE performance.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years’ experience in industrial / energy / Data Center projects.
• Proven track record on hyperscale or mission‑critical Data Centers.
• Strong expertise in MEP and electrical systems (MV/LV, UPS).
• Experienced in fast‑track, high‑pressure project environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage demanding clients and complex interfaces.
• Previous Middle East experience is a strong advantage.
• Fluent English required, Arabic fluent is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead simultaneous Data Center construction sites.
• Drive site execution strategy and daily operational decisions.
• Manage critical systems (MEP, MV/LV, UPS, HVAC, generators).
• Control project schedule and critical paths, implement recovery plans.
• Handle contractual aspects (variations, claims, change orders).
• Ensure commissioning readiness (FAT/SAT, punch lists, QA/QC).
• Enforce strict HSE standards across all activities.
• Interface with senior client stakeholders and internal leadership.

We are supporting a strategic program involving the delivery of several hyperscale Data Centers in Saudi Arabia and are looking for a highly experienced Site Manager to lead critical multi-site operations in a fast‑track environment.

The Role

You will take full ownership of construction, installation, and commissioning readiness across multiple sites, ensuring:

• On‑time delivery under aggressive schedules
• Strict budget control (CAPEX / OPEX)
• Highest quality standards (hyperscale)
• Zero Harm HSE performance
• Seamless coordination across multiple contractors and stakeholders
