Job summary

IT Security Training & Solutions - I(TS)² seeks a seasoned Security Architect with extensive cyber security experience to lead architectural design, risk assessment, and security program delivery. The role requires mentoring teams, guiding policy development, and ensuring strong governance across the enterprise.

Candidates should have 10+ years in cyber security, strong leadership, and expertise in IAM, encryption, cloud security, and incident response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Cyber Security with relevant certifications preferred.
• Master’s in Cyber Security is advantageous, with evidence of ongoing professional development.
• SABSA and CISSP certifications are required per the job spec.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing current system security measures and recommending and implementing enhancements.
• Conducting regular system tests and ensuring continuous monitoring of network security.
• Establishing disaster recovery procedures and conducting breach of security drills.
• Promptly responding to all security incidents and providing thorough post-event analyses.
• Cultivates a culture of security awareness and ongoing education to ensure adherence to policies.
