Job summary

Eram Talent is seeking experienced SAP Functional & Technical Consultants to support SAP implementation, transformation, integration, enhancement, and support initiatives across SAP S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP Ariba. You will collaborate with stakeholders, functional and technical teams, and partners to design SAP solutions and ensure reliable integration and performance.

The role requires 5+ years of SAP experience, strong expertise in SAP areas, and the ability to work

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
5+ years of relevant SAP experience required, depending on role and specialization.
Strong understanding of SAP business processes and end-to-end integration.

Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, upgrade, enhancement, and support projects.
Configure and customize SAP solutions based on business and process requirements.
Develop functional specifications, technical specifications, solution designs, and supporting documentation.
Collaborate with business users to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Support SAP S/4HANA and RISE with SAP transformation initiatives.
Work with SAP SuccessFactors modules and/or SAP Ariba solutions as applicable.
