Role Summary

The role focuses on driving ICT and telecom infrastructure opportunities serving private sector. The candidate is expected to lead the complete activity with the help of the sales department and management. The Sales Manager – Pvt Sector will be reporting to the Head of Sales

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Telecommunications, or related field. Masters preferred.
  • 6+ years of sales management/account management experience working for a system integrator in Saudi Arabia.
  • Proven track record of winning ICT/telecom projects and achieving targets.
  • Strong knowledge of ICT solutions (network infrastructure, cybersecurity, IP telephony, data centers, cloud, managed services).
  • Deep understanding of market norms and sales lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to position company offerings according to verticals.
  • Identify and pursue ICT and telecom infrastructure projects (networks, security, systems, ISP/OSP, IT/telecom managed services, etc.).
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with accounts.
  • Lead complex bids and proposals in coordination with presales, technical, and delivery teams.
  • Achieving revenue targets and contributing to long-term growth.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights.
  • Engage in proactive selling by creating demand and shaping customer needs at very early stages of the sales cycle.
