Relevant degree in risk management, engineering or project management.
Progressing toward chartership with a recognised professional body.

Responsibilities

Champion safety-first values and stop-work authority.
Mentor and coach junior staff.
Implement and improve risk frameworks, registers, dashboards, and reporting.
Facilitate risk workshops and assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
Collaborate with project teams to integrate risk controls into plans, schedules, and budgets.
Ensure high-quality risk data, compliance with best practice, and proactive monitoring of changing risk profiles.
Contribute to net zero carbon transition and manage associated emissions reductions during delivery.
