Job summary

Ma’aden Gold and Base Metals (MGBM) seeks a Senior Engineer, Risk Management to lead and support enterprise-wide risk practices across capital and major projects within the PMO. The role focuses on proactive identification, assessment, mitigation, and reporting of project risks to improve decision-making and resilience.

You will design risk management processes, run workshops, develop risk registers, perform quantitative and qualitative analyses, and train project teams on risk tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise risk management across large-scale projects.
• Familiarity with risk frameworks, controls, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise risk practices.
• Facilitate risk identification and assessment workshops with project teams.
• Develop and maintain risk registers with qualitative and quantitative data.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative risk analyses (Monte Carlo) for schedule/cost.
• Integrate risk data into project control and governance reporting.
• Track risk actions and mitigation effectiveness.
• Deliver reports/dashboards for governance reviews and audits.
• Coach teams on risk tools and techniques.
