The role will support the end-to-end execution of market research projects, from research design and data collection through analysis, reporting, and presentation of actionable insights and recommendations.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and managing quantitative and qualitative research projects, ensuring high-quality research outputs, accurate analysis, and timely project delivery. The role will also involve coordination with clients, internal teams, fieldwork, and data-processing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on market research projects from initiation through final delivery.
• Design, review, and enhance questionnaires and other research/data collection tools.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data and translate findings into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Prepare professional research reports, presentations, and executive summaries.
• Coordinate with clients, fieldwork teams, data-processing teams, and other internal stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Review data and research outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and overall quality.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining agreed timelines and priorities.
• Present research findings and recommendations to clients when required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Market Research.
• Good knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
• Experience in questionnaire design and review, data analysis, and development of insights and recommendations.
• Strong experience in preparing professional research reports and presentations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Ability to manage multiple research projects and priorities effectively.
• Good communication and coordination skills with clients and internal teams.
• Experience presenting research findings to clients.
• Minimum intermediate level of English, both written and spoken.
