Job summary

BLOMINVEST | بلوم إنفست in Riyadh invites an equity research professional to conduct fundamental buy-side analysis of Saudi-listed companies and support portfolio managers as needed.

Responsibilities include building and updating financial models, tracking earnings and macro trends, and presenting research notes with clear investment recommendations. Fluency in English and Arabic, strong communication and reporting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• Progress towards CFA charter is preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in equity research (buy-side or sell-side).

• Provide analysis on IPOs and rights issues by attending road-shows, management meetings, and summarizing key business and operational issues, financial statements as well as profitability and efficiency ratios.
• Assist in other ad-hoc tasks within the Asset Management Department

Job Summary

Conducting fundamental buy-side equity research across Saudi-listed companies, and directly supporting portfolio managers in investment decision-making when needed.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth fundamental analysis of companies listed on the Saudi Exchange and select regional markets.
• Build, maintain, and update detailed financial models on coverage universe.
• Track company earnings, industry trends, and macroeconomic development impacting assigned coverage.
• Prepare and present research reports, investment notes, and recommendations to portfolio managers.
• Provide analysis on IPOs and rights issues by attending road-shows, management meetings, and summarizing key business and operational issues, financial statements as well as profitability and efficiency ratios.
• Assist in other ad-hoc tasks within the Asset Management Department

Skills And Competencies

• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Proficiency in Bloomberg is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.

Education And Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Progress towards completing the CFA charter is preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in equity research (buy-side or sell-side).
