The ideal candidate has 10+ years in refinery process engineering, strong knowledge of process simulation tools, and a proven record in operations support and project execution within complex plants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of refinery process engineering experience.
• Experience in refinery operations and technical support.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level process engineering support for refinery operations.
• Monitor plant performance and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency, reliability, and safety.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and provide immediate technical solutions.
• Support plant modifications, debottlenecking, and process optimization initiatives.
• Review and validate process design, simulation, and operational data.
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and technical teams to resolve process-related challenges.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company procedures.
• Participate in shutdowns, startups, and commissioning activities when required.
