You will conduct thorough legal research, advise internal stakeholders on risk management, and collaborate with external counsel in a fast-paced environment. A law degree and 5+ years of relevant experience are essential, with strong communication and analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of legal experience, preferably in real estate and corporate law.
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian laws and regulations relevant to real estate and business operations.
• Demonstrated ability to draft and negotiate complex legal documents effectively.

Responsibilities

• Offer comprehensive legal support across various business functions, including contract law, corporate governance, and compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate all legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and corporate policies.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with business operations and project developments.
• Represent the company in legal negotiations, mediations, and conflict resolutions.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to inform decision-making processes.
• Advise internal stakeholders on legal implications and risk management strategies.
