Job summary

Panda Retail Company – Savola Group is seeking a senior real estate leader in Saudi Arabia to own and optimize the company’s 180+ primary investment leases across the Kingdom. You will drive cost-saving rent negotiations and establish governance to ensure long-term stability in a complex portfolio.

You will oversee renewals, amendments and exits while reducing contractual risks and maintaining operational continuity.

Qualifications

8-10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Experience in Real Estate, Leasing and Contract Management preferred.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary strategic owner for 180+ primary investment lease relationships across the Kingdom.
Lead rent negotiation activities to secure 1.5%-2% rent saving from total network rent.
Establish a dedicated governance structure to ensure long-term stability across the portfolio.
Lead high-level rent reduction and renegotiation strategies to achieve targeted annual cost savings.
Oversee the complete lifecycle of primary investment leases, including renewals, amendments and exits.
Strengthen management of lease obligations to reduce contractual risks and ensure operational continuity.
Manage the payables process and financial continuity for the primary portfolio to prevent disputes or penalties.
Escalate landlord-related issues to the Real Estate Director with proactive resolution strategies.
