Job summary

Mohammad Al-Habib Real Estate Investment Company in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to develop high-quality visual content for real estate marketing, branding, and property campaigns across print and digital platforms.

You will design brochures, social assets, and campaigns, maintain brand consistency, and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to translate property features into compelling visuals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
• 4–6 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in real estate.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital marketing, advertising, and print design.
• Knowledge of social media design, typography, layout, and print production.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of the Saudi real estate market is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials for real estate projects, including brochures, profiles, presentations, flyers, and property adverts.
• Create visual content for social media, websites, digital campaigns, and online advertising.
• Maintain consistent branding across marketing materials per brand guidelines.
• Design promotional materials for property launches, exhibitions, sales campaigns, and events.
• Collaborate with Marketing Manager, Content Creators, and Sales Team to develop concepts.
• Prepare print-ready and digital artwork with high quality and accuracy.
• Manage multiple design projects and stay updated on design trends in real estate marketing.
