Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Marketing Management or related field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of graphic design experience.
• Prior real estate marketing design experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Strong eye for typography, color harmony and visual composition.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively.

Job Summary:

You will serve as the creative engine and the key bridge connecting marketing requirements, corporate objectives, and project visual messaging to deliver an exceptional, cohesive, and compelling visual experience. In this role, you will execute and design marketing assets, ad campaigns, and visual identities effectively, transforming ideas into professional designs for digital platforms, print, and real estate projects.

Furthermore, you will play a critical role as a dynamic liaison with the marketing and content teams to design company profiles, brochures, and banners, as well as review revisions and prepare print and digital publication files with the highest standards of accuracy and quality. Major Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design advertising campaigns and marketing materials for both digital and print media.
• Create and design social media posts, paid ads, and website banners.
• Design company profiles, presentations, brochures, and promotional materials for exhibitions and events.
• Develop marketing assets for real estate projects, visually presenting master plans, units, and amenities in a compelling manner.
• Build and refine visual identities, ensuring brand consistency across all company touchpoints and platforms.
• Collaborate directly with the marketing and content teams to receive creative briefs and execute approved revisions.
• Review technical design quality and prepare print-ready and digital publication files according to approved dimensions and specifications.
• Manage, archive, and organize source design files for easy access and retrieval.
• Perform image editing and retouching, including color correction and visual enhancement.
• Stay updated with current design trends and industry best practices to continuously elevate the quality of visual deliverables.

Minimum requirements of role:

• Diploma degree at minimum in Marketing Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design.
• Prior experience in the real estate sector is preferred, particularly in designing marketing campaigns and assets for real estate projects.
• Advanced proficiency in core design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Hands-on practical experience in designing ad campaigns and marketing content for both digital and print media.
• Solid knowledge of visual identity development and its various applications.
• Strong creative flair with meticulous attention to detail, and expertise in typography, color harmony, and visual composition.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team, manage tasks efficiently, and consistently meet project deadlines.

Job Location & Work Hours Details:

• Location: Eastern Province - Al-Ahsa
• Working Hours: 8 hours per day
• Working Days: 6 days per week
