Job summary

Hassan Allam Holding seeks an experienced Technical Office Manager for major railway and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. You will lead the Technical Office team, coordinate between engineering disciplines, site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and the client, and ensure compliance with Saudi standards and railway requirements.

The candidate should hold a Civil Engineering or Railway Engineering degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, including SAR project exposure and approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Railway Engineering.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in railway or major infrastructure projects.
• Proven Technical Office Management experience for large-scale construction or railway projects.
• Strong knowledge of submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, method statements, design coordination, and document management.
• Preferably SAR project experience in Saudi Arabia and prior SAR approval.
• Solid understanding of Saudi construction and railway requirements.
• Experience dealing with clients, consultants, authorities, and major contractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the Technical Office team and coordinate all technical activities.
• Review and manage project drawings, specifications, method statements, calculations, and technical submittals.
• Coordinate between engineering disciplines, site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and the client.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable Saudi standards, and railway authority requirements.
• Manage the preparation, submission, tracking, and approval of technical documents.
• Review and respond to RFIs, technical queries, design changes, and consultant/client comments.
• Coordinate shop drawings and ensure proper technical integration between disciplines.
