Job summary

Egis is seeking an experienced Systems Integration Manager to lead the integration of railway systems across infrastructure, stations, and interfaces for a major project. You will coordinate across disciplines to deliver a safe, reliable, and operational railway.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field from a recognized university.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in rail projects and/or rail operations (GCC or international experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of railway systems including signalling, communications, traction power, OCC, SCADA, rolling stock, and depot systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Systems Integration Management Plan and integration strategy for the project.
• Lead the coordination and integration of all railway systems including signalling, communications, traction power, SCADA, OCC, rolling stock, platform systems, depot systems, and associated infrastructure.
• Establish and maintain system interface registers, ensuring all interfaces are identified, tracked, coordinated, and resolved.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure fully integrated and consistent system design outputs across all project stages.
• Coordinate interfaces with operational stakeholders, authorities, operators, contractors, and specialist system providers.
• Support Systems Engineering activities including requirements management, interface management, verification, validation, and traceability processes.
