AtkinsRéalis seeks an experienced Risk Manager for its Riyadh-based project team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate has 20+ years in risk management and at least 3 years as a Risk Manager in construction/engineering, with Rail/Metro experience.

A degree in Engineering or Business, with postgraduate qualifications preferred, is expected. Strong leadership, communication and governance skills are essential.

Qualifications

20+ years of experience in Risk Management.
At least 3 years as Risk Manager in construction/engineering.
Experience in Rail/Metro projects is required.
Engineering or business graduate; postgraduate preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and monitor risk issue and opportunity management processes.
Develop and maintain a risk matrix identifying dependencies and impacts.
Identify, monitor, and manage dependencies and related issues.
Identify opportunities to drive discussions and realise benefits.
Track risks to ensure active management and regular re-evaluation.
