Atkins Realis Group seeks an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee pre- and post-contract cost management for major infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. You will lead measurement, cost control, and contract administration while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with finance, planning and engineering teams.

You will analyze variations, prepare cost reports, and participate in client negotiations, project reviews, and risk mitigation activities to ensure robust commercial

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in pre- and post-contract cost management for major infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in cost planning, estimating, tendering, payment certification, variations, claims, final accounts, commercial reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management across clients, contractors and internal teams.

Senior Quantity Surveyor with 10+ years of experience in pre- and post-contract cost management for major infrastructure projects. Proven experience in cost planning, estimating, tendering, payment certification, variations, claims, final accounts, commercial reporting, and stakeholder management. Experience working on large-scale infrastructure and development programmes. MRICS qualification preferred.
