  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the civil engineering sector.
  • Professional membership or certification in quantity surveying is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost management principles.
