Qualifications

• MRICS qualification would be advantageous.
• Strong understanding of construction costs, procurement strategies, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical abilities with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using quantity surveying and project management software.

Responsibilities
