Job summary

Asmacs Contracting Est. in Saudi Arabia seeks a senior Quality Control professional to lead QC/QA on complex oil and gas projects in compliance with Aramco standards.

You will manage a team of inspectors, oversee welding, NDT, material verification, and ensure final acceptance, applying API/ASME and client specifications. This role requires a mechanical or related engineering degree and a track record on Aramco projects, with CSWIP/API/ASNT certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; 10 years in QC/QA in oil and gas.
• Experience on Aramco-affiliated projects with understanding of their requirements.
• Holding relevant certifications such as CSWIP, API Inspector, ASNT Level II/III, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QC plans aligned with Aramco project requirements.
• Lead QC team of inspectors and engineers ensuring schedules and protocols.
• Oversee inspection and testing activities including material verification, welding, NDT, and final acceptance.
• Interpret and apply Aramco specs, codes (API, ASME) to QC processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive Quality Control QC plans aligned with Aramco s stringent project requirements and standards
• Lead and manage a team of QC inspectors and engineers ensuring adherence to inspection schedules and quality protocols
• Oversee all inspection and testing activities including material verification welding NDT and final acceptance to guarantee compliance
• Interpret and apply Aramco specifications codes e g API ASME and standards to all QC processes and documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or relevant discipline) from a recognized institution.Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Quality Control/Assurance within the oil and gas or petrochemical industry.
• Proven experience working on Aramco-affiliated projects, demonstrating deep understanding of their specific requirements.
• Holding relevant certifications such as CSWIP, API Inspector (510, 570, , ASNT Level II/III, or equivalent.
