Zusammenfassung

Abis is seeking a QA/QC Supervisor to oversee day-to-day quality control across site disciplines, supervising QC Inspectors, coordinating ITPs, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

You will lead the QC team, manage NCRs, conduct quality walkdowns, and prepare handover documentation, reporting to the QC Manager. The role requires 8–10 years in QC on EPC/industrial construction and a Civil/Mechanical engineering degree; certification preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 8-10 years of experience in quality control on EPC/industrial construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical) or related field.
• QC/inspection certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of QC Inspectors across all disciplines.
• Ensure inspections, tests, and hold points are executed per approved Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
• Review daily QC inspection reports and ensure timely, accurate documentation.
• Coordinate hold point notifications and inspection scheduling with client/third-party inspectors.
• Support the QC Manager in managing the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) process and corrective actions.
• Conduct quality walkdowns and spot-check inspections across active work fronts.
• Verify calibration and control of inspection and test equipment used by the QC team.
• Coordinate training and technical guidance for QC Inspectors on inspection procedures and standards.
• Liaise with construction supervision to resolve quality-related work front issues.
• Support preparation and compilation of quality documentation for handover dossiers.
• Report quality performance, trends, and issues to the QC Manager.
• Support internal quality audits and readiness for client/third-party audits.
