Qualifications

• Experience with qa/qc processes, documentation, and reporting standards.
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and contractors.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and HSE requirements.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Experience with ERP and dashboards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day qa/qc activities to ensure compliance and productivity.
• Planning and Coordination: Align schedules, manpower, and materials with approved timelines.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate with internal teams, consultants, clients, and contractors.
• Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, identify gaps, and drive improvements.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare reports, records, and management presentations.
• Resource Optimization: Optimize use of manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Risk and Issue Management: Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Quality Assurance: Support QA/QC procedures to meet client expectations.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process and digital initiatives.
