Job summary

Elm Company is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to lead software quality assurance across our digital products in Riyadh. You will establish QA standards, govern testing activities, and ensure product readiness for release.

The role requires 6–8 years in software QA and a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product reliability and user experience. This position is based in Saudi Arabia, supporting mobile and web applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Information Systems, or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in Software QA, Testing, Quality Engineering, Digital Products, or related domains.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement software quality assurance standards, methodologies, and testing frameworks across digital products.
• Lead test planning activities across multiple products, releases, and enhancement initiatives.
• Coordinate testing execution with business users, product teams, and technical stakeholders.
• Manage the defect lifecycle, including identification, documentation, prioritization, and resolution tracking.
• Develop quality dashboards, testing reports, and performance metrics for management visibility.
• Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, developers, designers, and technical teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Ensure release readiness and support deployment activities.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline
