Job description

Our client, a leading global consultancy with a proven track record on iconic building projects worldwide, is seeking a Senior Project Planner for a landmark project based in KSA.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing reports for both internal reporting and client presentation, interfacing with the client, developing a detailed plan utilizing a work breakdown structure for project execution in conjunction with the Project Controls Manager, developing an integrated design, procurement, and construction program, ensuring plans are updated with accurate status information, tracking work completed and remaining, calculating percentage of contract completed and outstanding, and managing project risk.

• Liaise with the client’s planning department, update them, and compare discrepancies.
• Produce a resources histogram for the project and corresponding S‑Curve, revise according to scope changes.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in a construction‑related field.
• Minimum of 20+ years experience as a Planning Manager on large‑scale or iconic building projects.
• Previous Middle East experience is an advantage but not essential.
