Overview

We’re supporting a digital agency working on large-scale digital programmes across some of Saudi Arabia’s most well-known enterprise organisations. Due to immediate demand across multiple client accounts, they’re urgently hiring an experienced Senior Project Manager to join the team in Riyadh.

This is a genuinely senior delivery role, suited to someone who’s been operating at Senior PM level for several years and has the potential to step into a Program Manager role longer term, while remaining hands-on in delivery in the short to medium term.

Responsibilities

You’ll take ownership of complex, client-facing digital delivery programmes across a portfolio of enterprise accounts, focused on websites and applications within long-running optimisation and roadmap-driven initiatives.

This is a delivery-heavy, hands-on role. There’s no people management initially - they need someone who enjoys being close to the work, stakeholders, and delivery detail.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating as a Senior Project Manager in a digital environment
• Background in a digital agency or consultancy is strongly preferred - you don’t need to come directly from one, but experience in these environments is key
• Strong experience delivering web and app programmes for enterprise clients
• Arabic speaker is essential
• Experience working in the region is essential, with direct exposure to clients in KSA
• Experience with Sitecore and/or Salesforce is ideal, but strong CMS experience is absolutely fine

Working model & package

The company doesn’t currently have a permanent office in Riyadh but has access to a co-working space. Your time will be split between remote working, the co-workspace, and client offices as required.
