Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets and other documents for each project.
• Track ongoing project progress to ensure that all tasks are completed according to schedule.
• Monitor costs associated with each project and take corrective actions if necessary.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure that all their requirements are met throughout the project life cycle.
• Analyze data from completed projects to identify areas for improvement in future projects.
• Prepare reports on the progress of each project for senior management review.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff members as required.
