Job summary

Alfanar Precast in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead engineering activities for EHV/HV substations (110kV-380kV). You will drive design development, submittals, coordination, procurement support, construction interfaces, testing, commissioning, and project closeout, ensuring schedule, quality, and contractual compliance.

The role emphasizes SEC/National Grid standards, stakeholder coordination, and delivering high-voltage projects in line with client expectations.

Qualifications

10+ years in EHV/HV substation projects.
5+ years as Senior Project Engineer.
Experience with SEC, National Grid, or utility projects in Saudi Arabia.
Proven involvement across engineering, procurement, construction, testing and closeout phases.
EHV/HV Substation Design & Construction.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle from design to closeout.
Manage engineering schedules, deliverables, approvals, and interfaces to support milestones.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, OEMs, vendors, and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with SEC, National Grid, IEC standards and project specs.
Prepare commissioning readiness plans and ensure QA/QC documentation and handover.
