Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project cost controlling, change control, and reporting in construction projects.
• Understanding of forecasting, budget movements, commitments, EFC, and cash flows.
• Ability to work with multifunctional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitors project expenditures against the approved budget.
• Produces the percentage of completion sheets for all projects.
• Participates in project reviews and provides financial updates.
