Job summary

Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) KSA seeks an experienced and commercially focused Project Controls Manager to support delivery of a major mixed-use development in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a background in a tier-1 PMC and the ability to identify opportunities to grow the business.

The position leads programme controls, training teams, and manages cost and schedule data, delivering monthly reports within a six-day workweek as part of a high-growth regional team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Project Management, Construction Management or Engineering.
• Professional membership of RICS, CIOB, APM or equivalent is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage all programme processes and procedures.
• Provide performance reporting, change control and risk management.
• Train delivery teams and monitor compliance with project controls processes.
• Create, manage and maintain a document management system for project documentation.
• Deliver timely and accurate reporting across the programme.
• Maintain cost and schedule data to support informed decision-making.
• Provide financial reporting, schedule analysis and critical path analysis.
• Establish programme benchmarks, standards and KPI measures.
• Manage the project controls IT platform and toolset.
