Job summary

Mace is seeking a Saudi-based Project Controls professional to join a major mixed-use development in Riyadh. You will lead scheduling, planning, and project controls while engaging with clients and stakeholders to drive performance.

Based in Riyadh, you will progress towards chartership, apply advanced scheduling tools, and support senior leadership on negotiations and due diligence. The role supports flexible and hybrid working options where suitable.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in construction, programme, project or commercial management.
• Pursuing chartership with a recognised professional body.
• Expert knowledge of schedule management tools and software.
• Proven leadership in health, safety and wellbeing.
• Strong knowledge of relevant legislation within complex environments.
• Effective communicator with analytical capability and stakeholder engagement.
• Necessary Saudi Arabia visa criteria and relevant experience on high-value projects for a PM consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Advise on complex project requirements, provide analysis and corrective actions.
• Supervise planning and scheduling of delivery of medium- to high-complexity projects and programmes.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, EVM, and project controls methodologies to drive performance.
• Communicate confidently with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Develop robust plans and interpret trends using numerical and statistical techniques to inform decisions.
• Support senior leadership through negotiations, contract development, due diligence, and business development activity.
• Collaborate towards net zero carbon transition and manage associated emissions reductions during delivery.
