Head of Project Controls - EPC - Oil & Gas

Charterhouse is working with an international $XXbn turnover EPC company that works in the Oil & Gas sector. Our client is looking to hire a Head of Project Controls to head up the Project Controls Team on a permanent basis from their Al Khobar office.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for all ongoing change management and cost control, implementing scheduling and planning practices within EPC projects, and monitoring and administering progress to ensure completion within time and budgetary constraints.

Qualifications

• At least 15 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial position.
• Recent experience working for an EPC company within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Degree in engineering and a project management certification.
• Experience with a highly reputed international EPCM company is preferred.
