Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in plastic manufacturing, ideally in preform & cap production.
• Proven leadership in managing high-speed, multi-line production environments.
• Solid understanding of ISO 9001, HACCP, or FSSC 22000 quality frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise day-to-day production operations across injection molding, compression molding, extrusion, and printing machines.
• Prepare and execute production schedules in alignment with sales forecasts.
• Monitor and manage raw material inventory, ensuring optimal usage.
