Job summary

Bain & Company, Inc. is seeking an Expert Senior Manager, Product Management & Innovation to lead integrated teams in delivering omnichannel product solutions.

You will shape strategic vision, own roadmaps, and guide cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and strategy groups. You will drive innovation, mentor teams, and manage senior client relationships, with a focus on AI-enabled products and services in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 10+ years in product management with agile and software development practices.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
• Experience using Gen‑AI powered product management tools is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead Human-Centered Design Strategy and Product Innovation.
• Set Strategy and lead delivery of POCs and MVPs.
• Own Product Planning, Roadmaps and Execution.
• Inspire and lead cross-functional teams across Bain and client projects.
• Build capabilities and drive thought leadership within AIS and Bain.
• Travel expectation: 40–50%.
